How do you reach staff

    Is there any other means to reach staff other than through support?

    you can mail them

    there is a list of staff found under "world leaders" on the city page

    PM is also good means, if it is less serious, because FM's ,ah be able to help with smaller things but they can't read support tickets :smile:

    1. Were you treated in a polite and courteous fashion by the staff members involved?

    2. In terms of response time, were you satisfied with their overall haste?

    3. Were the staff members competent and professional in dealing with your issue? Was it resolved to a satisfactory standard?
